A team of dedicated people at Goliaz help you reach your fitness goals by offering you the most individualized and personalized online coach program on the market.
In our all-inclusive Training Plans you will meet the whole variety of Goliaz activities, bodyweight, weights, and crosstraining. Workouts, Supersets, Strength Training, plus our spectacular audios.
We are going to build a big library of Training Plans spanning from general Fitness Plans to very specific sports focused plans, like “Football pre-season” or a marathon plan.
As soon as you have chosen your Training Plan, you will be able to adapt it to your fitness level, the equipment you have and the exercises you can do. During a Training Plan, after a short learning phase, the workouts will be adapted to your performance, the Coach will give you goals to reach and suggest weights to use.
If you prefer strength training or want to work on your cardio, we got you covered! The Personal Fitness Coach will guide you, not only with Workouts, but also with the ideal nutritional values.
But that’s not all, you can choose from a large variety of trainings in the app to work out at the gym, at home or outdoors:
- more than 300 Bodyweight Workouts will ensure that you always stay motivated;
- more than 270 Workouts for your weight training, using exclusively weights or in the Crossfit hybrid style;
- HIIT and Callisthenics specialized workouts;
- running, cycling, swimming and rowing as complements to your training sessions;
- a list of over 100 audios that will not only make you sweat, but will also be a fantastic preparation if you are training for an OCR;
- and if all of that is not pushing you enough to GOBEYOND, join one of our Challenges!
The Challenges and the online Personal Trainer will help you with tailored workouts to go beyond what you ever thought possible. We don’t work with random algorithms. All your efforts are analysed by a real person daily and your next exercises are based on your progress.
For our Bodyweight Fitness, you just need a mat and yourself. If you have an option to use a Pull-up bar or a dip station, that is a great addition to your home workout.
For our Kettlebell workouts, you will need a 12 or 16kg Kettlebell. For our other weights workouts, a Barbell and enough plates to allow you combinations of every +1 kilos. The exercises we will cover will require possibly a horizontal bench too.

INFO ON USING THE APP AND REGARDING THE SUBSCRIPTION
The download and usage of Goliaz is free of charge. The free version will grant you access to a limited number of features. You can additionally unlock all app features by subscribing to one of the available subscription plans. By doing so, you will have access to weekly customized training plans, monthly challenges and many other features. If you decide to subscribe, you will pay the price set for your country, as shown in the app. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew (at the duration/price selected) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hrs before the end of the current period.
